From May 25, 2018. a new General Data Protection Regulation adopted by the European Union came into force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of data of individuals from all EU Member States and to harmonize the regulations for their processing.

As a data controller for online services, NANOCHEM Bulgaria Ltd. - nanoprochem.bg meets all the requirements of the new regulation by collecting only the data of the persons insofar as they are necessary for the provision of the service and keeping them responsibly legally.

As we collect your personal information, we want to let you know what purpose we will use and what rights you own under the regulation.

NANOCHEM Bulgaria Ltd. operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the the free movement of such data.

Reason for collecting, processing and storing your personal data:

When using our website - nanoprochem.bg we use your personal data (name and surname, phone number, e-mail address), so we request the user's consent in advance and we declare this policy for their protection. We make every effort to keep this data in complete safety and use it for the purposes permitted by law and you.

We collect and process your personal data for lawful purposes such as commercial activities (for the provision of services) from the online nanoprochem.bg site (business relationship). According to the provisions of the national legislation (677/2001) and the EU 679/2016 (GDPR) regulation, we have an obligation to manage your personal data safely and for certain purposes only.

NANOCHEM Bulgaria Ltd. complies with the following principles when processing your personal data:

  • reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership of trade unions;
  • genetic and biometric data, health data, or data on sexual life or sexual orientation.

The personal data are collected by the persons to whom they relate.

The Company does not perform automated decision making with data.

Period of storage of your personal data

  • Your personal data is stored for a period no longer than the existence of your website account. Upon expiration of this period, the necessary care is taken to delete and destroy all your data.
  • Keep personal data if it is necessary to keep under the applicable legislation for the relevant term, which may exceed the duration of your registration.

Transmitting your personal data for processing

NANOCHEM Bulgaria Ltd. does not erase the data that it has a legal obligation to store, including for protection against claims brought against it or proof of its rights.

Your rights to violate the security of your personal information:

If a breach of the security of your personal information is identified, which may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay of the violation as well as of the measures taken or to be taken.

NANOCHEM Bulgaria Ltd. is not obliged to notify you if:

  • has taken appropriate technical and organizational safeguards against the data affected by the security breach;
  • has subsequently taken measures to ensure that the violation will not lead to a high risk for your rights;
  • notification would require disproportionate efforts.
